  • Onion (slice them into rings)
  • Garlic cloves
  • Potato
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 lb. chicken
  • Sumac
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chili
  • ¼ tsp all spice powder
  • 1 Tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice potato and onions
  2. Layer onion and potato slices in the pot and add garlic cloves.
  3. Now pour olive oil over it
  4. Then place chicken over vegetables.
  5. Season the chicken with sumac, chili, salt and pepper, all spice powder, tamarind paste, and olive oil, and rub the
    seasoning with your hand.
